Nikolas was born and raised in Athens and studied Food Science & Technology in Thessaloniki. During his studies, he became deeply involved with Pilates on a personal level and realized his love for movement, body awareness, the power of breath and its benefits.
In early 2020, just one yoga class was enough to impress him and soon he incorporated both Vinyasa Yoga and Ashtanga Yoga into his daily life.
Eventually, he fully turned to the path of yoga on both a physical and spiritual level. He completed his training in Hatha and Vinyasa Yoga (200hr), certified by Yoga Alliance International in India and Yoga Alliance USA and immediately began teaching. Wanting a holistic approach to movement, he is also training intensively in the Pilates method and continues to evolve by attending various yoga workshops.
His purpose in teaching is to share all the benefits of yoga and to create a safe space, open to everyone who wishes to cultivate a deeper connection between body and mind through movement, acceptance and inner exploration.
