Class description:

A. Power Body Sculpt
A powerful full body class. This course is specially designed for those who wish to provide endurance and lineage throughout their body with a circular exercise structure and the use of equipment such as tires, bosu, kettlebells, pilates balls, trx and more. Circular strength training with emphasis on muscle endurance. An intense workout system with innovative exercises that continuously change and exacerbate both the aerobic and anaerobic power generation, while practicing almost every muscle in the body. This non hot course is open to practitioners at all levels and aims at holistic muscle strengthening and body alignment.

B. Hot Cross Training
A new cross training program. Hot CrossTraining is the method of combining various training strategies (bodybuilding, running and boxing) in a warm environment (40 C and 50% humidity). The target is each trainee to enjoy the benefits of cross training alongside the benefits of detoxification. In this class you can really test your limits!

C. Hot TRX & Bands
A suspension system that uses body weight and gravity to provide exercises involving feet, torso and hands with the help of small equipment such as bands.
In other words, it uses your own body weight in combination with gravity to build strength, balance, body flexibility and articulation stability. By simply adjusting the position of your body, you can add or decrease resistance, this allows people of all levels of fitness to enjoy the benefits of Hot TRX with bands.

You can do all three (3) lessons for only 30 euros and enjoy the complete experience of the best fitness event. You can also choose two out of three courses for € 25 or alternatively try one of the three for € 15.
After each class there is a 30’ break where you can taste snacks and smoothies of your choice by listening to your favorite Dj music!

Bio

Christos Chraniotis
Since he was a child gymnastics and exercise was his passion, that’s why he decided to make his passion profession. In 2009 he moved to Komotini to attend the Department of Physical Education and Sport Science, TEFAA. In Komotini he spent four years taking certifications and attending several seminars. His love for the gym did not stoped at this pointbut he also watched and participated in several bootcamps in Spain and America. When he returned to Greece he created his own philosophy of exercising “do it 4u”, which is a kind of Circular training and empowerment with an emphasis on muscular endurance.

Ilias Tsouvalis
Ilias is a Fitness teacher. He has been involved in gymnastics since his childhood and nourishes a great love for basketball. At the same time, with his school (TEFAΑ) he has attended a series of seminars related to various types of workouts and does not stop evolving. His classes are enjoyable, dynamic, with clever combinations of exercises and the right background music! Ilias with Christos Chraniotis form the Fitness Team of teachers, organize workshops and masterclasses in the hot yoga studio and are always willing to answer any questions you may have regarding their field.
